Chair: Melissa Potter is the Cortland County Mobility Manager. She is on the governance committee.

Vice-Chair: Patricia Tvaroha is a Professor of Human Services at Tompkins Cortland Community College. She is on the fund development / public relations committee.

Treasurer: Michael Wells is a community member. He is on the finance committee.

Secretary: Aaron Hammond is the Compliance and Privacy Officer at the Cortland County Mental Health Department. He is on the fund development / public relations Committee.

Member: Dorothy Dumond is a community member. She is on the governance committee.

Member: Angela Van De Weert is the resource coordinator for the Unified Court System Cortland City Court and an Independent Self-Directed Broker. She is on the governance committee.

Member: Larry Woolheater is a retired community member, serving on the Fund Development/Public Relations Committee. He is also on the Board of Directors at CAPCO.

Member: Kristina Thelen, MPA, is the Executive Director of the United Way for Cortland County with over 20 years of experience in business, community, and economic development.

Member: Andrea Haenlin-Mott is the ADA coordinator for Facilities and Campus Services at Cornell.
